Like they wouldn’t have written up a whole special contract for him to be recurring across three shows for him to pop up a few times (mostly as a hologram or hallucination) and peace out again after one season.

There are a lot of coffee shop AUs that I’ve really enjoyed but I’ve never actually written one myself? It’s a little bit out of my wheelhouse. I think if I wrote one it would be about Iris and Kendra working together at Jitters. I’d shift the timing a little bit so that Iris has to train Kendra to take her place when she quits to go work for the newspaper, and at first she’s annoyed about it but she ends up dreading her last day because she’s gotten to like spending time with Kendra so much. I Firmly Believe It Would Be Cute.
